Pearl Izumi - Syncro Seek (Martini/Lilac) - Women's: The Seek is the trail shoe component of Pearl Izumi's SyncroFrame series. This is the shoe for the trail runner that wants a smooth, fast, efficient and stable ride. Virtually seamless upper provides superior comfort by removing all points of irritation. ES3: Visible Endo-skeletal Support System holds the foot securely by welding a microfiber midfoot support band into the lining of the shoe. This reduces the number of layers in the upper, creating a performance fit, while maintaining a seamless and pressure point-free foot environment. The Syncro T Frame cushions and guides the foot through the footstrike motion efficiently. Skydex heel pods provide durable, mechanical cushioning in high impact zones. The Skydex spheres are enclosed to keep out mud and debris. Deep rearfoot outsole/midsole channel creates an isolated heel strike zone to slow and control the rate of pronation. Thin TPU sheet and high rebound rubber in forefoot provide protection and efficiency. Offroad rubber outsole with directional lug construction optimizes the cushioning feature of the outsole as well as providing road traction and durability. High pi carbon rubber perimeter provides bite, while the grippy interior provides better wet traction.
