Engineered for the runner who has medium to low arches that are very flexible to provide the greatest degree of motion control without compromising transition or performance. 25mm/13mm (heel to forefoot ratio). Mizuno Wave Technology provides a great blend of motion control and cushioning for the runner that has low-arched, flexible feet. The full length top Wave is made of pebax in a fan-shaped configuration and uniformly absorbs shock, prevents overpronation and cushions the foot during heel strike. The top Wave plate is supplemented with a medially positioned, glass-fiber reinforced Wave plate that structurally supports the pebax plate which ensures maximum motion control without compromising cushioning and transition. X-10 in the heel for durability. Solid rubber in the forefoot for durability and flexibility. Shoe weighs 12.7 oz.
